Training with JOYLAB based on our best practice guide for Econsultancy

After authoring the best practice guide for Econsultancy: Innovation through Rapid R&D How to run your own in-house LAB, we’ve been busy responding to requests from brands like EE, Clarks & the BBC to help implement our methodology in-house.

Feedback from clients has been great, so much so that we’ve been asked to deliver comprehensive training through Econsultancy. But before we kick off, we’re offering a one off opportunity to learn with report author and JOYLAB CX Director Fergus Roche at a discounted rate.

We’re offering sessions booked in response to this post at £600 – half our normal day rate. We’ll teach you how to utilise lean/agile UX, rapid prototyping and startup methodologies to deliver results – fast.

The session can include up to 20 people and is suited to professionals in: Omnichannel, Multichannel, CX, UX, Ecommerce, Digital, Innovation and Project Management.
